Less than two years after being acquired by TPG, Cushman & Wakefield is holding meetings with banks to discuss structuring an initial public offering.

People familiar with the matter said the meetings so far have been informal, but if plans progress the brokerage giant is thinking about a listing as soon as Q3, Bloomberg reports. While Cushman & Wakefield has never been publicly traded, it has changed hands numerous times since its inception in 1917.

There are no formal IPO plans as of yet, and the offering could be pushed back as the company weighs its performance and evaluates market conditions. [Bloomberg]
