    This PERE firm specializes in hotel loans throughout the East and owns and manages more than a dozen hotels, each valued at $2M to $25M. Just last month, it acquired Aloft BWI Airport Hotel in Baltimore.

    Revenue: $18.1M

    Year-Over-Year Growth: 2,860%

    A fast-growing brokerage that operates in 17 states, the California firm is led by CEO Joshua Hartley. It offers more than 150 real estate training courses online.

    Revenue: $5.5M

    Year-Over-Year Growth: 2,262%

    There’s not a lot of news out there about this Florida-based firm headed by CEO David Klutznick (pictured)—though it was praised in the South Florida Business Journal for hiring 350 agents last year. Guess its 100% commission (minus $59/month/transaction) structure is working to attract brokers.

    Revenue: $175.1M

    Year-Over-Year Growth: 1,924%

    Mainstreet specializes in residential dealings and is helmed by founder Mary McCoskey Finkle (pictured). The small Indiana-based firm has five realtors, including Mary, but is doing deals like crazy.

    Revenue: $2.7M

    Year-Over-Year Growth: 1,736%

    The fifth fastest-growing real estate company is My Home Group. Established in 2014, the firm handles residential deals throughout Arizona and posted $2.7M in revenue within a year of its founding.
