You Could Own The Playboy Mansion. It Even Comes With A Roommate.

One of the most famous mansions in LA has hit the market for $200M.
But buying the Playboy Mansion, which has been owned by Hugh Hefner for 40 years, does come with a catch: Hef isn't going anywhere.
The 89-year-old will come with the property as he wants to live at the Holmby Hills estate for the remainder of his life, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The mansion was originally built in 1927 and has 20k SF of living space, including a wine cellar, a game room, catering and chef’s kitchens, and a master suite that takes up two floors. The property also has a zoo license. [LAT]
