Carter Validus Buys in Nashville

National Data Center
Placeholder

Florida-based Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT is buying a Tennesee data center for nearly $110M. The company revealed its planned purchase in a recent SEC filing: an agreement to buy a 348k SF former BellSouth Telecommunications (now AT&T) facility on 45 acres in Nashville. In turn, the company reports it entered into a lease with AT&T at the facility as well. Carter Validus VP of acquisitions John Regan (on far left with QTS chief business officer Mark Waddington, Dimension Capital Partners co-founder John Lang, and Ryan principal Jeffrey Tuthill at our recent DICE West conference) can speak more to this acquisition this week at the Atlanta event.
