Luxury travel is taking to the skies with a new concept that is as close to a hotel room in the air as you can get.

Singapore Airlines is spending an estimated $850M to roll out bigger and better suites on 19 Airbus A380 superjumbo jets in order to compete with the world's best airlines, including its rival, Etihad Airways, Bloomberg reports.

The double-decker planes will offer plenty of space for all travelers but a lucky few will be privy to one of the six suites equipped with a bed, a leather upholstery chair, a full-sized wardrobe and not one, but two bathrooms.

Passengers will also be provided with a 32-inch-screen television, a dinner created with fresh local produce and sustainable ingredients, and amenity kits that include moisturizer and hand cream for women and aftershave balm and body lotion for men.

The only downside? There is no shower.

The changes were made based on customer feedback, which showed travelers wanted more private space and a design that focused on convenience such as having phones, glasses and luggage more easily accessible.
