Bozzuto Expands Property Management Operations To West Coast
One of the largest multifamily property managers on the East Coast is heading west.
Bozzuto announced Tuesday it is expanding its property management operations to the West Coast, with a focus on gateway markets in California and Washington state. It hired Heather Wallace as managing director of client services to spearhead the expansion.
Wallace, previously a senior vice president at Sares Regis Group, will be based in Northern California. She will report directly to Bozzuto President Stephanie Williams.
"The addition of Heather Wallace ensures that Bozzuto will continue to grow through thoughtful and strategic relationships," Williams said in a release. "We hold ourselves to the highest standard of delivering the exact same extraordinary experience our customers have come to expect, across our portfolio.”
The Greenbelt, Maryland-based company, founded in 1988, has expanded to 11 East Coast markets, plus Chicago and Milwaukee. It currently manages more than 80,000 apartments and 2.5M SF of retail space. Bozzuto also has a construction arm as well as a development and investment arm, and it has built or acquired 50,000 residential units since its founding.
