Battle Of Amenities: How Does A Private Jet Sound?
It looks like climbing walls and rooftop pools just don’t cut it anymore when it comes to apartment-selling luxury amenities. But how does a private jet sound?
A new development in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is offering a one-year membership to JetSmarter, a company that lets users charter private jets in 170 countries, for every new resident who buys a condo, Bloomberg reports.
Normally the membership is $9k a year, making this enticement way more dazzling than a fancy toaster or golf simulation room.
And seeing as luxury markets are beginning to hit walls around the country, perhaps this is only the beginning in a coming battle of amenities. [Bloomberg]
