October Apartment Rents Rose, Fell The Most In These 10 Cities
Apartment rents in the US rose or fell by the most in these 10 cities from Sept. 1 to Oct. 1, according to Abodo's latest National Apartment Report.
"In a large number of major cities—San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta —we saw a decrease in rent price again this month," Abodo's Sam Radbil tells Bisnow. "The surge in supply and a small decrease in demand makes it easier for renters to negotiate price with their landlords, thus causing rent prices to decrease slightly."
