U.S. Residential Group And Resource Residential Combine
Dallas-based U.S. Residential and Philadelphia-based Resource Residential are combining as part of C-III’s acquisition of Resource America in September 2016. U.S. Residential and Resource Residential’s brands will continue to exist independently until property level transitions are completed. C-III is a subsidiary of U.S. Residential Group, and Resource Residential is a former business unit of Resource America.
The newly combined company manages more than 200 properties and 43,000 units in 30 states. It employs more than 1,100 associates. The management team is led by U.S. Residential president Stephanie Brock (pictured), COO Loyal Proffitt, Chief Administrative Officer Kelli Tomczak, Chief People Officer Caydee McCormick and EVP Mark Poston. Services include property management, construction management, redevelopment and lease-ups.
