New Office Tower Will Punch Up Austin's Skyline
Brandywine Realty Trust's new 25-story office tower planned for the corner of West Fourth and Colorado streets in Downtown Austin promises to alter Austin’s skyline again.
With 210k SF, the tower known as 405 Colorado will stand about 366 feet tall, according to the Austin American Statesman. 405 Colorado will include 3k SF of ground-floor retail, and have 12 parking levels with 530 spaces for tenant and public use.
Groundbreaking is contingent on leasing activity. Duda|Paine Architects, which designed the Frost Bank Tower, is handling design. [AAS]
