Starwood And East West Sell Denver Office Building To Invesco
Starwood Capital is busy selling. The firm and its affiliate, East West Partners, just announced the sale of a Denver office building to Invesco Real Estate for an undisclosed sum, and it isn’t even built yet.
Located in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, 16 Chestnut will contain 430k SF and is already under contract to be 81% leased by DaVita Healthcare Partners. That leaves 80k SF available.
The building is not yet finished, but it’s targeting LEED Platinum certification. Gensler is the architect behind the extensive glass design, and East West will continue to manage the building.
