Dallas' Richest Man Adds Trammell Crow's Home To His Collection
Dallas’ richest man, Andy Beal, has been making quite the statement with his home acquisitions lately. After setting a record with his January purchase, the billionaire bought the late Trammell and Margaret Crow estate in Highland Park.
The 10k SF home was sold by a JV between Trammell and Margaret's daughter, Lucy Crow Billingsley, and her husband, Henry. In 2014, the historic manor went on the market for $50M, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Beal broke records earlier this year with his purchase of the Hicks Estate in North Dallas, which went for a whopping $100M and was the largest purchase ever for an estate in North Texas. [DMN]
