Bisnow Scoop: Two JLL Execs Leaving for CBRE
Bisnow has learned JLL managing directors Guy Ponticiello and Bruce Westwood-Booth (snapped flanking colleague Suzanne Martinez) are leaving the real estate giant for an even bigger one: CBRE.
The pair have helped run the national capital markets team out of JLL's Chicago HQ for more than a decade. Guy and Bruce have led the corporate finance and net-lease group at JLL, and the pair recently brokered a $333M deal for Zurich Insurance's HQ in the Chicago suburbs.
"Blake Lacher, the head of our structured finance team nationally, will also step in and lead the corporate finance and net lease team in the Chicago market and will continue to lead our deep bench of national experts across the country," JLL said through a spokeswoman.
It's unclear what roles Guy and Bruce will take on at CBRE; representatives couldn't be reached for comment this afternoon.
