The key to attracting office tenants in flight-to-quality markets like DC may just boil down to one factor: amazing amenities. "Museum-quality finishes" and a spa-like fitness center are just two that attracted Homeland Security consultant Obsidian Analysis to 16k SF at the newly revamped 1776 Eye St, according to Rockrose leasing director Craig Deitelzweig (middle, with president Justin Elghanayan, second from right).
