Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Announces West Coast Expansion
Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors announced that it will be going west with a California-focused expansion. Parent company Coldwell Banker Real Estate has about 3,000 offices in almost 50 countries and territories.
As part of the West Coast efforts, CBC Advisors said Robert Cord (pictured) would serve as president of the Asset Services Division, managing asset services and the company’s growing portfolio out west.

Rob was also manager at CBRE, TRI Commercial Real Estate Services and Grubb & Ellis. He is the chairman for BOMA CA and the board president of NAIOP S.F.
Rob’s team will also include Director of the Southwest Heidi Becker, Director of the Greater Los Angeles Area Ivette Barnet and Director of Operations Ross Tolbert, who all previously worked at Voit.
