A Dangerously Cheesy Pop-Up Is Coming To New York City
There is a cheesy new restaurant concept coming to New York City and it is likely too late to book a seat.
The Spotted Cheetah is a three-day pop-up restaurant event at 211 West Broadway that will launch Tuesday. The restaurant will feature an entire menu of Cheetos-inspired cuisine, including Cheetos-crusted fried pickles with creamy ranch, white cheddar mac n’ Cheetos and Cheetos-crusted cheesecake.
Led by chef Anne Burrell of Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge in New York, the pop-up will act as the world’s first-ever Cheetos restaurant.
“As a long-time Cheetos fan, I’m thrilled to join forces with a snack brand that is truly an iconic American staple,” Burrell said in a release. “I had so much fun curating this specially crafted, one-of-a-kind menu for the first Cheetos restaurant — I can’t wait to see guests’ reactions!”
Menu items will range from $8 to $22. The restaurant is already completely booked. Chester Cheetah has created a waitlist for those coming late to the cheesy party.
But if you cannot get in, there is always a bag of the classic variety.
