CustomInk Shows Off New HQs
CustomInk, a "design online" custom t-shirt company, had a show off party last week for its new 72k SF HQ in Mosaic, a hip mixed-use community that opened in Fairfax, Va., early last year. (The No. 1 reason shirts are doing so well? A serious turn in Matthew McConaughey's career means he's wearing more clothes.) The company, which had been in Tysons, reported 50% revenue growth in 2013 and plans to continue expanding over the next year by creating 95 jobs in Virginia. CustomInk founder Marc Katz was joined at the new HQ open house by Sen. Mark Warner, Rep. Gerry Connolly, and Revolution Growth principal and CustomInk board director Ted Leonsis.
