New Leader at EastBanc
Slava Koltovich has taken over the CEO role at DC-based EastBanc Technologies, replacing Wolf Ruzicka, who’s now board chairman. Slava's been with the software development firm for over three years and told us yesterday he plans to double the 150-person company. (It counts Microsoft and Microstrategy among its clients.) Slava, 33, has worked as a project management lead and technical partner with EastBanc and has had IT positions with ITX-Software, Astrosoft, and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. He tells us his love for math and technology started at age 10, and he has a master’s in math and computer science from the Siberian Federal University in Russia.
