Robert C. Kossar, Vice Chairman and Head of JLL’s Northeast Industrial Region, is responsible for leading the markets business (capital markets, brokerage, property management & project and development services) in the region (New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania & New York). He is also part of the Industrial Capital Markets Team for the Americas, personally responsible for leading the capital markets business in the Northeastern US. In addition to his local leadership responsibilities, Mr. Kossar remains an active industrial investment sales and leasing broker, representing the firm’s most important clients. Robert’s property level expertise lies primarily in industrial real estate including: Industrial investment sales, agency and tenant representation, site selection, leasing, acquisition, disposition and build-to- suit properties and portfolios. As an Urban Core Expert, Robert focuses closely on the last mile trends and how this space will lead the way for the next wave of modern last-mile distribution space in New York. Mr. Kossar currently leads the team that handles the leasing and management for 1.3M square feet in the NY Outer Boroughs. Experience Prior to joining JLL, Robert was a Principal and Executive Vice President at Lee & Klatskin Associates, sold to JLL in 2007. He has extensive experience on both the ownership and brokerage side of the business representing many major public, private and institutional owners as well as public and private occupiers locally and throughout the United States. Industry recognition includes being named “Power Broker in New Jersey” (2004–2016) by CoStar and NJ Biz Real Estate Power 50 (2011- 2016). Mr. Kossar has been awarded Deal of the Year by NAIOP in 2013 and 2015 after several years of being a finalist. In 2017, Rob accepted the industry impact award on behalf of JLL from NAIOP. Mr. Kossar has received SIOR recognition including annual awards for the largest cooperative transaction in New Jersey (2006, 2008, 2011, and 2016), the largest built-to-suit transaction in New Jersey (2006, 2011); the largest industrial sale transaction in New Jersey (2015, 2014, 2008) and largest industrial lease (2016, 2015, 2013). Education and Affiliations Mr. Kossar holds a master of science in real estate investment and development from New York University and a bachelor of science in business and economics from Lehigh University. He is a board member of the NJ chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is a member of the Investment Management National Forum at NAIOP. Rob is a member of the Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Kossar is vice-chairman of the board of CJ First Candle and Chairman of the board of the Ryan Wolfe Kossar Foundation. He is on the advisory board for the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate.

Bob Silverman is Managing Director, Supply Chain & Logistics at JLL, where he leads the Supply Chain consulting group for the northeast region. Bob’s team consults on the changing trends in the global supply chain and the resultant impact on distribution networks and industrial facilities, as well as providing supply chain network optimization analyses; facility sizing and design, and MHE recommendations and specification. Previously Bob was VP IT Business Systems for Tommy Hilfiger, where he was the US project manager for the company’s SAP implementation, and was responsible for design and implementation of the company’s North American distribution center rollouts and upgrades. He was also co- project manager for the construction and fit-out of TH’s global flagship store on 5th Ave here in New York. Prior to that Bob was president of Gross & Associates, a NJ-based logistics consulting firm, where he oversaw the business and managed assignments for many leading companies in multiple industries, in areas such as operations design and re-engineering, simulation modeling, picking productivity, MHE & WMS requirements, and implementation project management. Bob has 30 of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations design, and has spoken at numerous supply chain and logistics conferences domestically and overseas. Bob also serviced as board chair of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and board president of the Warehousing Education Research Council (WERC).

Heath Abramsohn is Vice President & Regional Director, New Jersey/Pennsylvania Development, for Rockefeller Group. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout career with the company including asset experience with industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. In his current role, Mr. Abramsohn is responsible for all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development for the company within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania region including overseeing a pipeline of approximately six million square feet of investment grade commercial assets. Throughout his career at Rockefeller Group, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, lease, and sale of more than 14 million square feet of industrial space. Most recently, he led the 2.1 million square foot Rockefeller Group Logistics Center; the 400,000 square foot Middlesex Logistics Center; and the 1.24 million square foot Cranbury Station Park. Mr. Abramsohn has also been instrumental in Rockefeller Group’s expansion of industrial assets in New York and the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Abramsohn worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer. He was also a Consultant with Accenture. He received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College where he majored in Accounting and Economics. He received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. Mr. Abramsohn holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York and is a member of NAIOP and ULI. He has been recognized by several industry publications for his market insight and has spoken on commercial real estate panels across the region representing Rockefeller Group. He is an Advisory Board member at Rutgers University Center for Real Estate.

Kevin Dudley joined CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office as an Associate in 2010 and now serves as Executive Vice President. Kevin has become one of New Jersey’s “go to” industrial real estate brokers and is a consistent leader with a reputation for his hard-working persona. His extensive knowledge of the New Jersey industrial real estate market is unparalleled. His primary focus is the selling and leasing of industrial facilities along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor. Kevin currently resides in Ridgewood with his wife and four young children, and enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball and football, and cooking. Kevin is also the captain of CBRE’s basketball team.

Jesse is a Senior Vice President, Market Officer at Prologis. In this position, he is responsible for Prologis’ New Jersey and New York operations which consist of approximately 37 million square feet of industrial real estate.

As Executive Vice President for Duke Realty, Sam has overall responsibility for the company’s new investment activities and portfolio operations in its Southeast and East regions. Sam oversees business units in Atlanta, Savannah, Central and South Florida, Raleigh, Washington, DC, Baltimore and northern New Jersey. Duke Realty’s southeast and east property portfolios total more than 43 million square feet of office and industrial space and more than 1,400 acres of land for future development. In addition, he is a member of the company’s Executive, Investment and Operating Committees. Previously, Sam served as Regional Senior Vice President for the Southeast Region and, prior to that, he managed the company's Atlanta and Savannah industrial business units. Before joining Duke Realty in 2004, Sam held positions with MetLife Real Estate Investments, iStar Financial, and First Industrial Realty Trust, most recently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at First Industrial.

Joel Bergstein is the President of Lincoln Equities Group (LEG), one of the Northeast's leading full-service real estate companies. Bergstein joined the company more than 32 years ago, spearheading the organization’s acquisition and development initiatives. He currently leads the firm’s large scale development platform, orchestrating major residential and industrial land development projects in the New York / New Jersey metro area. Bergstein developed LEG’s current operating partner platform, leveraging domestic and international opportunities with private equity and pension funds. Bergstein is a founding partner and active participant in LEG’s $700M European property investment platform. Some of his standout development projects include Halletts Point in Astoria, NY, where LEG transformed a seven acre waterfront site into 2,400 residential apartment units; 5 Giralda in Madison, NJ, a 431,000 square-foot property, that was modernized to become Allergan’s U.S. headquarters; and in early 2018, LEG closed on a 152 acre waterfront site in Bayonne, NJ, where 1.4M square-feet of e-commerce logistics warehousing will be developed to bolster trade with the Port of New York and New Jersey. Lincoln has formed a partnership with Bruce Eichner’s Continuum Company to develop a mixed-income residential complex in Crown Heights, NY. It will be a 50/50 market and workforce development project to bring hundreds of needed housing units for middle and working class families in New York City. Bergstein is also leading the development and approval process for 1,500 new residential units in Jersey City including the construction of a light rail station. Bergstein serves on numerous real estate advisory boards and is a speaker and frequent commentator in real estate trade and business media in addition to his philanthropic work.

Paul "PJ" Charlton joined CenterPoint as Senior Vice President, Investments, in 2015 to oversee the growth of the Company's East Coast portfolio. In this role, PJ is responsible for executing CenterPoint's eastern region investment strategy and collaborating with the entire regional team to look for new investment opportunities and add value within the portfolio. He brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial real estate to the Company. Prior to joining CenterPoint, PJ served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments for KTR Capital Partners. PJ has led the execution of more than $2 Billion of industrial investment transactions in the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. PJ graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business from Wake Forest University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

A veteran of the industry, Jeff has held positions as Sr. Superintendent, Sr. Estimator, and Sr. Project Manager in the general contracting field, as well as Construction and Development manager for one of the largest private industrial developers in the US. Jeff is able to provide a unique perspective to projects that ultimately translates to additional savings, security, and success. His project experience spans the globe with projects in three countries and range from large campus style industrial developments, Class-A office buildings, flex warehouse, high security SCIF projects, and unique build-to suit projects.​

Stan Danzig has been with Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, NJ office since 1981. He leads a seven-person team, focusing on industrial leasing and sales, significant land tract transactions and national/global corporate representation. His experience covers a broad spectrum of activity that includes the acquisition of existing or build-to-suit facilities; disposition of surplus properties; representation of major developers and institutional owners; as well as consulting, management and appraisal assignments on a national and international basis.
