Daiichi Sankyo Inks Mega-Lease In Basking Ridge

Global pharma company Daiichi Sankyo is relocating its US HQ to Basking Ridge, inking a 305k SF, long-term lease at Rubenstein Partners’ and Onyx Equities’ 211 Mount Airy Rd. The company will move into a three-building campus formerly occupied by telecom company Avaya.
The JV acquired 211 Mount Airy Rd from Avaya in 2013, and created a redevelopment plan to thoroughly modernize the 1980s-vintage building into highly amenitized office space, including a full cafeteria and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. The property also includes a 127-seat auditorium and conference center.
