Rare Space Opens At Dow Jones' Princeton HQ
Approximately 140K SF of surplus space has opened up at Dow Jones' 4300 Route 1 North headquarters in Princeton, the first time space has been formally marketed for lease at the campus.
Units ranging from 10K to 72K SF will be available at the three-story, 420K SF Building 1, including 90K SF of contiguous space on two floors.
Given Dow Jones' 24-hour operations, the campus includes dual power feeds to an on-site substation and backup generator, five internet service providers, full-time, on-site security and 3,265 parking spaces — a rare, above-average parking ratio for the submarket.
The five-building, 206-acre campus also has extensive amenities, including a 500-seat cafeteria, a grab-and-go café, a full-service fitness center, a state-of-the-art a conference facility, a one-mile walking/jogging trail, a softball league, volleyball and basketball courts, an Amazon Locker and on-site day care.
Colliers International's Thomas Romano and Vinny DiMeglio, based out of Princeton, have been tapped to provide local leasing support for Dallas-based Fischer & Co.'s Brian Sapp, whose company represents Dow Jones on various assignments.
