Drew Fletcher To Take Over As Greystone Bassuk President
Greystone Bassuk CEO Richard Bassuk is passing the baton as the firm’s president to Drew Fletcher (pictured), but he’ll stay on as CEO. Richard’s efforts will center around the capital advisory firm’s strategy and expansion into new markets, the Commercial Observer reports.
Greystone Bassuk was formed as a JV between Greystone and The Bassuk Organization in 2012, and is known for financing 80/20 multifamily developments in NYC. The firm’s efforts also broadened when last year it launched a dedicated EB-5 platform.
Drew tells the Commercial Observer, “I think this is a deliberate part of a longer-term succession plan for him.” [CO]
