130 PRINCE SELLS FOR $141M

| While we were talking retail, Invesco was out doing its own shopping—snapping up SoHo’s 130 Prince St from Waterman Interests and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management for $141M. The 88k SF, 96%-leased building is teeming with retail, including Lacoste, True Religion, Barbour, and Monika Chiang, and it houses office space for MAC Cosmetics. Fried Frank’s Meyer Last,Jennifer Yashar, and Joshua Mermelstein repped the seller, as well as Eastdil’s Adam Spies, Doug Harmon, and Kevin Donner. |
