Corporations have also found a concentration of 24- to 44-year-old, college-educated workers feeding the submarket. Many firms relocating from Midtown and Midtown South are professional services, Rob says, and CBRE's Adam Foster adds that only a quarter of the 5M SF of office leased Downtown in '13 was for FIRE tenants.
