A BITE OF 1250 B'WAY
May 3, 2010
We recently dropped by 1250 Broadway to get an updated view of its penthouse space, where installation of 82 18-foot-high windows is complete. Murray Hill Properties, which owns the building with Jamestown, is marketing the 7.7k useable SF space with 25-foot-high ceilings to restaurants, which will have a unique three-sided view of Manhattan from a 39th floor vantage point and a potential ground-floor presence with separate entrance on W. 31st St. MHP's AJ Camhi, who leases the newly-minted Energy Star building with Eric Levy, tells us some top NYC restaurateurs have already walked through the space. No bites yet, but the office portion has seen new leases, including Alcatel Lucent' s five-year 4.2k-SF deal. |
