| What does it take to attract a quality restaurant? The Metropolitan NY Chapter of the Appraisal Institute went on-site at One Bryant Park’s Aureole last week to find out. Panelists included Charlie Palmer Group’s Tim Bartley, who discussed the financial challenges and working with the landlord; The Durst Org.’s Tom Bow, who provided insight on the financial structure necessary to attract a quality restaurant to a Class A, Midtown locale (Durst owns One Bryant Park with Bank of America); and Projects’ Martin Vahtra, who discussed design and layout issues.
