BIG BOXES BACK
March 24, 2011

Stores like Petco, Party City, and Staples, once only found in the 'burbs, are either expanding existing locations or looking for new space in Manhattan, David tells us. But they’re not the only tenants expanding. Learn more from David and Thor Equities CEO Joseph Sitt, Robert K Futterman & Associates EVP Karen Bellantoni, DLC Management Corp CEO Adam Ifshin, Kimco prez of Mid-Atlantic and Northeast shopping center regions Tom Simmons, Madison Capital founder Richard Wagman, FTI Schonbraun McCann Group senior managing director Jahn Brodwin, and Cole Schotz real estate chair Richard Abramson as they discuss the latest in the hot sector.
