Congrats to Boston Properties’ Thomas Hill (treasurer), Brookfield’s Edward Fallon (president), Related Management’s James Kleeman(secretary, and father of Emerge’s James, above story), and Cushman & Wakefield’s Louis Mantia (VP), who were reelected to lead BOMA/NY. Among its plans for ’11: formation of a political action committee to focus on local issues, in hopes of ramping up a new level of importance and influence next year; advising the City on the rules-writing and practical application of the new green buildings legislation, through its role on the Greener Greater Advisory Committee; and a commemoration of the 10th anniversary of 9/11, with preliminary plans for a Sept. 14 event.
