BOSTON PROPS UNVEILS 601 LEX
June 4, 2009
A new lobby, a new name – and yesterday Bisnow was on hand for Boston Propertie s' unveiling of both at 601 Lexington, formerly known as Citigroup Center. BP founder Mort Zuckerman (4th from left), together with BP's Beth Reilly and Tom Hill, St. Peter's Church pastor Amadeus Derr, and BP's Andy Levin, Robert Selsam, and Rob Schubert celebrated the opening of the $20M Structure Tone-designed lobby at the building's main entrance. Robert tells us that they wanted the office to be commensurate with the building's status, keep the office space separate from retail, and preserve the public spaces. The lobby broke ground last summer. |
