David Bistricer snatched up the recently renovated 197-unit building from Westbrook in the off-market, all-cash deal, which took two months to close, according to Rosewood Realty prez Aaron Jungreis, whose firm repped both the buyer and seller. The 24-story building is a mix of free-market and rent-stabilized apartments, and the new owner can also collect rent from the commercial space occupied by a health club within the building. This was the 41st deal closed by Rosewood this year, which included the $10M sale of the 41-unit elevator rental building at 311 E. 54th St. to Sloan Kettering Hospital for staff housing, and a five-building package in Washington Heights for $36.5M.
