C&W’s Connection to the Mayflower
Here’s a story from last week that we don’t want you to miss. On Thursday, Bisnow reporters looked into why and how commercial real estate company HQs landed where they have. Cushman & Wakefield chairman John Cushman started the story with Plymouth Rock and brought us to the modern-day world HQ at 1290 Ave of the Americas. Along the way, he shared the above picture of co-founder Clyde Cushman hitting the links. Check out the issue here for more fun pictures and history, as well as Robert Futterman’s reasons for opening RKF in Manhattan as well.
And leading off Friday’s national Multifamily Bisnow was Rockrose president Justin Elghanayan with his wish list for the NYC multifamily market and his own resolutions for where to look for the firm’s next long-term development site, to follow up on its 2,500 units in LIC.
