| Argo Residential's Harold Kobner tells us Sandy won't affect Downtown residential prices in general, though certain streets and buildings may be more affected. He says last Sunday was as busy as ever for him. One of the apartments he showed that day (at East 12th and Third) even drew an offer on Monday. Another client, on the fence about whether to move to the city, called last night and said,"Let's start looking." Despite the fact that November and December typically are slow selling months, Harold expects brisker activity. |
