Just a short stroll from their One Bryant Park domain, The Durst Org.’s Douglas Durst and VP Helena Durst, center, joined Brown Harris Stevens’ Nancy Packes (with Caran Properties’ Rebecca Mason, AREW’s new prez) for AREW’s first luncheon of the season at Park 101. The panel offered moderator Helena the chance to ask her father business questions otherwise banned from the dinner table, focusing on The Durst Org.’s residential partnership with Sidney Fetner Associates. Both Douglas and Nancy spoke about greening and working for the greater good of the community, mentioning projects like The Epic on W. 31st and the redevelopment of 1212 Fifth Ave. for Mount Sinai Hospital.

CUH2A’s Mary Williamson, Cauldwell Wingate's Stephanie Rudmen, and JFK&M Consulting’s Pat Hildebrandt tell us to stop by the New York Business Women’s Network Nov. 12 fundraiser to benefit its ACE Mentor Scholarship Fund. ACE is a partnership among architects, college representatives, engineers, construction managers, interior designers, and others, who work to attract young people to their profession. It's at the Art Source International, 333 Park Ave. South, 5:30-8:00pm, $50 minimum contribution. And they’ll be serving up some seasonal pumpkin martinis.
