Its secret weapon: A SapientNitro designed, state-of-the-art touch table surrounded by high-def Planar video walls (it’s like living in a video game). The sales team can use this virtual reality to give clients more ownership of the condo-buying process, Seth says, since they can bring up information with just a touch. When an interested prospect wants more details, photos and floor plans can be flicked onto the walls for a closer look. If only The Sims were this much fun.
