EXTRA, EXTRA!

Read all about it: the New York Daily News and U.S. News and World Report are moving Downtown. But the Mort Zuckerman-owned publications (once again) are not headed toward a Boston Properties building—they're taking 100k SF for HQs on two floors at 4 New York Plaza. |
Cushman & Wakefield's John Cefaly and Michael Burgio represented the tenants in the long-term lease, while CBRE's Howard Fiddle and Brad Gerla repped the owner, an affiliate of Harbor Group International. This is the third significant long-term tenant to sign a lease in the building since Harbor Group purchased it six months ago, and now the 1M SF building is 85% occupied (JPMorgan Chase takes up 75% of the space). The new tenants are expected to move from their current 450 W. 33rd St. digs by July '11. |
