FIRSTSERVICE WILLIAMS' JERZ EXPANSION
May 28, 2009
FirstService Williams' NJ office recently experienced a changing of the guard, with Jeff Schotz promoted to office head, so we dropped by to find out what's new: it's biz development and expansion. The office plans to grow its industrial group and possibly branch into retail, where Williams' New York and Connecticut offices have already made significant headway. It's also working with FirstService partner Cohen Financial to take advantage of distress on the cap markets, creating a one-stop shop for leasing, mortgages, sales brokerage, and management, he notes. |
Jeff with the Jerseyites, whose office is poised for salesperson and revenue growth, as it extends its reach through the FirstService platform, he says. Between family and work, Jeff is a busy man but still allows for his favorite pastime—the Yankees, trying for at least one game per week; the best part is sitting with different people in different seats, each game a unique atmosphere, he says. It's been his passion ever since his first "Bat Day" at age four—when he accidentally conked someone on the head. |
