| Some people like spiked eggnog; Cresa managing partner Marcus Rayner (left) likes spiked numbers. Cresa’s office space jumped 40% last week to new 13k SF digs at 450 Lexington. How will they fill that stocking: “We’re looking to hire a range of brokers and consultants,” he told us yesterday. Marcus, who’s also finishing up his term as at CoreNet NYC, says the org saw a 25% jump to 747 members. He credits the group’s networking and 42 programs, workshops, and speakers this year that included policy guru Erskine Bowles (right, with Marcus and Hearst Corp’s Lou Nowikas). With his term over, perhaps he’ll fit in some theater; it’s been six months since his last show, War Horse. |
