| Although we’ve been hearing an uptick of positivity on the commercial side, the residential folks were oozing with it. Manhattan Mortgage Co.’s Melissa Cohn, with Charles Rutenberg Realty’s Paul Purcell, Stribling’s Cecilia Serrano, and Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Steven James, tells us that business is now back on track—rates are low, so buy, buy, buy. It’s been a great market to connect more with fellow brokers, buyers, and sellers, Steven adds. |
