| Jersey City is standing tall via The Monaco Towers, thanks to the Jersey City Economic Development Corp. They're New Jersey’s tallest residential rental buildings. But CEO Steve Lipski tells us the towers are just one of the towering achievements in Jersey City, also home to the Goldman Sachs Building (tallest NJ office building) and Trump Plaza Residences (the state's tallest condo building). Adding to Jersey City’s growth is Atlantic Coast Media Group, which moved to town a year ago and has added 200 employees. What’s the attraction? Great incentives, including no tax on any business setup, plus employee tax credits for new hires. And it doesn’t hurt that one-third of Jersey City is designated an Urban Enterprise Zone.
