Muss Development prez Joshua Muss and principal Jason Muss with Tishman Speyer co-CEO Rob Speyer
Here's even more from REBNY's banquet (see yesterday's coverage), where we snapped Muss Development prez Joshua Muss and principal Jason Muss with Tishman Speyer co-CEO Rob Speyer. David Greenbaum, Vornado's NY office prez, with Cushman & Wakefield retail maven Joanne Podell and executive managing director Suzy Reingold. Suzy and Joanne cheered on another David G that night—that's C&W's David Green, who was honored as Young Real Estate Man of the Year. Suzy says the banquet is always a great opportunity to acknowledge the people who are making significant contributions to the industry, engage with colleagues, and arrange meetings. (It also offers a nice break from the black suit—we love seeing people dressed to the nines.)

Citibank's Laura Walker, Marcus & Millichap's Karen Dome (also prez of NYCREW), Alexander Marketing's Linda Alexander, and Prudential Douglas Elliman's Faith Hope Consolo and Joe Aquino. Faith tells us thanks to a strengthening US economy and growing domestic and international tourism, strong retail sales will continue in NYC this year and new stores will come from around the world.
Bill Rudin, Gregory Reimers, Michael Rudin

Earlier this month, the Rudin family acquired the Rose family's 50% interest in One Battery Park Plaza, taking full ownership of the 35-story, 885k SF office building.
