Over a dozen new incentives have launched in NYC in just the past three months, with more on the horizon as Obama's $787B in stimulus translates into further programs. The firm helped Niche Media Holdings get more than $1M for the publisher's 43K-SF office at 100 Church St. over the next five years, and EA Technologies receive $2.5M in tax credits and abatements for the software company's Long Island City office. |
