| We also snapped Clarion Partners CEO Steve Furnary, GRESB co-founder Nils Kok, USGBC's Chris Pyke, and Vornado's Sukanya Paciorek. Like GRESB, CBRE is also going after more actionable green data. The firm has launched a $1M, four-year program to fund academic or entrepreneurial research in sustainability practices in the built environment. Proposals are coming in now through the end of the year, and Phase 1 winners will be announced in Q1. |
