| Also announced yesterday: the Related Cos’ 53-story 1214 Fifth Ave, the newest luxury rental building to join the Upper East Side. The tower—designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and built by Durst Fetner Residential for LEED Silver cert—will include 185 residences, media room, entertainment lounge, health and fitness facility, heated indoor pool, and playroom.
