NYC WINS TOBY; BIG MONEY TRENDS
June 27, 2012
Congrats to 575 Fifth Avenue, which nabbed the coveted BOMA TOBY award in the Corporate Facility category last night during the finale of BOMA's Every Building Conference & Expo in Seattle. (Now that address is going to be mobbed with paparazzi.) |
Long ago home to one of NYC's first discount department stores, the building is now a 35-story tower owned by MetLife and managed by Cushman & Wakefield. It's more recently known as L'Oréal's US HQ building. Above, we snapped BOMA chairman Boyd Zoccola, TOBY chair Bruce Koehler, and Kimberly-Clark Professional's Dan DeCriscio with BOMA NY's Bobbi McGowan and Cushman & Wakefield's Frank Freda and Louis Mantia (also BOMA NY prez). And kudos to Monday Properties' 230 Park Avenue, which made it to the final round in the 1M-plus SF category. Check out more BOMA coverage from Seattle below. |
