NYC WINS TOBY; BIG MONEY TRENDS
Congrats to 575 Fifth Avenue, which nabbed the coveted BOMA TOBY award in the Corporate Facility category last night during the finale of BOMA's Every Building Conference & Expo in Seattle. (Now that address is going to be mobbed with paparazzi.)

Long ago home to one of NYC's first discount department stores, the building is now a 35-story tower owned by MetLife and managed by Cushman & Wakefield. It's more recently known as L'Oréal's US HQ building. Above, we snapped BOMA chairman Boyd Zoccola, TOBY chair Bruce Koehler, and Kimberly-Clark Professional's Dan DeCriscio with BOMA NY's Bobbi McGowan and Cushman & Wakefield's Frank Freda and Louis Mantia (also BOMA NY prez). And kudos to Monday Properties' 230 Park Avenue, which made it to the final round in the 1M-plus SF category. Check out more BOMA coverage from Seattle below.
