Yesterday, we announced that WNET was relocating from 450 W. 33rd St. to Worldwide Plaza, but today we have some more info on who's taking its old office space. Gay Men's Health Crisis—the leading provider of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and advocacy—has inked a 116k SF sublease from the public broadcasting company at 450 W. 33rd St., taking the entire sixth floor and part of the building's seventh floor. It's relocating from 119 W. 24th St., where it currently occupies 150k SF. Cushman & Wakefield's Arthur Mirante, Carri Lyon, Robert Baraf, Mark Mandell, John Peters, Ed Donnery,Nicole Adams, Maureen Kelly, and Janice Stanton repped GMHC. The sublessee was also repped in-house by David Valdez. Studley's Ira Schuman and David Dusek repped WNET.
