ONE LAST DOSE OF SUMMER
AmCap’s Jake Bisenius, BF Development’s Bob Feldman, GMSL’s Jed Dallek, Bohler Engineering’s Joseph Colucci and James Powers, and NAI Long Island’s Dennis McCoy
We know you’ve started drinking anything with pumpkin in the name, but we spent one last humid evening with The Retail Network for its “Endless Summer” event last week at Long Island’s Woodbury Country Club. There, we snapped AmCap’s Jake Bisenius, BF Development’s Bob Feldman, GMSL’s Jed Dallek, Bohler Engineering’s Joseph Colucci and James Powers, and NAI Long Island’s Dennis McCoy. Dennis, along with Al Centrella, is busy leasing up the 30k SF Syosset Crossing retail center on Jericho Turnpike, which will deliver in April. Bonefish Grill—the first on Long Island—will anchor the property in 6,000 SF. (We can already taste the Chilean sea bass with warm mango salsa.)
Sabre Real Estate Group’s Jay Siano and Stu Fagen with Kimco’s Josh Weinkranz and Bohler Engineering’s Joe Deal
Here are Sabre Real Estate Group’s Jay Siano and Stu Fagen with Kimco’s Josh Weinkranz and Bohler’s Joe Deal. Exciting things are happening at Sabre: it launched an investment division with former Sperry Van Ness-ites Guy Canzoneri and Corey Gluckstal and welcomed Melissa Naeder and Spencer Cohen to the leasing team. The firm was also awarded the Rue 21 and Pet Valu accounts for Long Island. Kimco recently acquired the 97k SF, Stop & Shop-anchored Wilton River Park Shopping Center in Connecticut and is sniffing out acquisitions all over the Northeast, Josh adds. Another reason to celebrate: Jayson’s son Jax turns one today.
