Here, setting a good example for the fermenting fruit: GRS Group NY director Mark Halloran and LA director Kevin May, Michelman & Robinson partner Andrew Perel, RBS’s Chris Tierney, and GRS Group CEO Chuck Victor. |
Ariel Property Advisors president Shimon Shkury and VP Scot Hirschfield flank Vantage Properties’ Andrew Vitale at a holiday fundraiser hosted by Shimon and his wife, Dr. Ruby Gelmen, at Atlier’s Sky Lounge. The AREW Charitable Fund’s 10th annual collection of wrapped gifts for children in Women In Need residences (donate here) had a record response, fulfilling the gift requests of 305 children. In addition to individual AREW members who served as Secret Santas, many companies stepped forth with double-digit requests. (Feels good to give—it's why Santa hasn't quit his job in a thousand years.) |
NAIOP NYC officers gathered for a group shot during the chapter’s holiday party at Pranna Restaurant: Monday Properties property manager Brian Jauntig, Cooley real estate partner Alan Cohen, Monday Properties COO Brian Robin, Time Equities asset manager Jay Fehskens, and Imowitz Koenig & Co partner Neil Tipograph. |
Coordinating ties gets you off the naughty list, proven by Eastern Consolidated executive managing director David Schectman, CEO Peter Hauspurg, and vice chairman Brian Ezratty. Rusty Paul, son of guitar legend Les Paul, presented the checks, which will buy toys for children affected by Hurricane Sandy. There was even a vocal appearance by Hunton & Williams' Carl Schwartz. |
We snapped Wexford Capital director Peter Auerbach, Hampshire Hotels and Resorts EVP Kevin Lillis, and National Land Tenure Co VP of commercial sales Matthew Schmeelk during the biannual Real Estate Fight Night at the Hall at St. Paul’s, where 290 real estate pros gathered to network and watch amateur and professional fighters. |
Mission Capital Advisors principal David Tobin (center) chats with Capital One Bank’s Fred Meagher and John Szeman, who both work in the bank’s CRE special assets division, during Mission Capital’s holiday party at nightclub No. 8. |
Some have Toys for Tots, others have Toys for Architects—ie, models of projects to come. Oliver McMillan CEO Dene Oliver and senior managing director Jeff Zeigler were in town from San Diego to show the New York retail audience models of its massive River Oaks District in Houston and Buckhead Atlanta.
