The market may be down, but we love focusing on what’s good—and there are lots of people in real estate using this time to help others. Here’s Silvercup Studios prez Stuart Match Suna with Gotham Organization chair Joel Picket and president David Picket at the recent Ten O’Clock Classics 6th Annual Benefit at The Union Square Ballroom. David is chair of the event, which raised $200k for the non-profit. It provides resources for underprivileged NYC kids to study classical music. Among the attendees: rock legend Lou Reed.
Travis Braha, Kramer Levin's Jenn Pastarnack, George Leventis, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Zachary Price and Marisa Karmitz.
The real estate community also honored Langan International’s George Leventis (center) at St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children’s recent annual tribute dinner at Gotham Hall. George was recognized for his generous contributions supporting critical programs for St. Mary’s kids, and the night raised over $600k to benefit some of the most seriously ill and injured children in the NY region. Here he is with members of St. Mary’s Junior Committee, young professionals from the real estate, financial, retail, and legal industries, who hosted the after-party for 100 guests. With him: Travis Braha, Kramer Levin's Jenn Pastarnack, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Zachary Price and Marisa Karmitz.
