| Afterwards, we had time to visit a packed Porky's on W. 21st for a fundraiser benefiting St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children, hosted by its junior committee: Cushman & Wakefield's Zachary Price, Barclay's Alex Schisgall, Aurelius Capital's Jason Spindel, Kramer Levin's Jenn Pastarnack, Travis Brahia, Goldman Sachs'Erin Murphy, Kramer Levin's Ryan Lozar, Laura Field, Goldman's Alex Field, C&W's Marisa Karmitz, and St. Mary's Michelle Gutmann. |

Marisa recently helped St. Mary's lease 25K SF in Lake Success, Long Island; Gregory works on the tenant side, repping hedge funds and private equity groups. He tells us that there are fewer deals going on, but he's seeing activity on smaller spaces of 5k SF or less. |
