RFR Realty Hopes for $400M Sale
RFR Realty has put 757 Third Avenue in Manhattan on the market and expects to get roughly $400M for the Midtown office tower. Co-founder and Principal Aby Rosen expects to sell the 500K SF building at $800 a foot, GlobeStreet reports. The firm, which picked up the 27-story property in 1999 for $102M, has spent $21M on improvements over the past two years.
Tenants at 757 Third include accounting powerhouse Grant Thornton, which currently leases 137K SF. RFR's portfolio spans NYC, Miami, Las Vegas and prime German financial markets.
